At its core, the whole design is about this idea that real growth and performance start from a centered, inner state and move outward. Here is how the design elements tell that story:

  • It’s simple and clean: I wanted something minimalist and flowing so it’s easy to recognize, whether it’s on a screen, a business card, or even on gear like a hoodie. It just feels modern and professional.
  • It  has Celtic roots: The design uses the Triskele, or triple spiral, which is a classic Celtic symbol. It’s perfect for us because it connects to themes of deep roots, continuous cycles, and eternal progress.
  • It captures the "Inside Out" philosophy: You can actually see the spiral start at a tight, calm center and then expand dynamically outward. It’s a visual reminder that my coaching process starts with inner self-awareness and leads to real, external momentum and performance.
  • It taps into "Ruach" (a Hebrew word meaning "breath", "spirit", and "wind") and athleticism: Because the lines are so flowing and swirling, it evokes that invisible, vital energy of breath and wind. Plus, that sense of velocity and momentum just naturally relates to high-level athletics—it really captures that feeling of purpose and speed that athletes strive for.

Then there’s the color strategy, which is all about balancing the inner work with the outward results:

  • Green: I use this for the inner sections because it represents growth, balance, and harmony. It’s the color of the foundational mental skills and mindfulness that an athlete develops.
  • Orange: This is for the outer, expanding parts. It’s a high-energy color that signifies the competitive drive, success, and stimulation that happens when that inner work hits the field.
  • White: This is our base, symbolizing the clarity, focus, and purity that are so      essential to peak performance.

Honestly, the way the colors transition from that calm green to the energetic orange just perfectly captures the whole journey—from that first moment of inner reflection to that explosive outward achievement. It’s visually striking, but more importantly, it’s rich with the actual meaning behind the coaching I do.
